If you’re dealing with chronic pain, joint degeneration, or soft tissue injuries that haven’t responded to rest or conventional care, PRP injections may offer the natural, regenerative boost your body needs to heal.

What is PRP?

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy is a regenerative injection treatment that uses the healing components of your own blood to accelerate tissue repair and reduce inflammation, offering long-term pain relief without surgery or steroids.

How Does PRP Work?

PRP treatment is created by drawing a small amount of your blood, then spinning it in a centrifuge to isolate and concentrate the platelets. These platelets are then injected into the targeted area where they release natural growth factors that help promote collagen production, improve blood flow to the tissue, reduce inflammation, and stimulate cellular repair and regeneration.

Most patients start with a series of 1-3 injections spaced several weeks apart. Chronic conditions may require additional treatments.

What Conditions Can PRP Help?

  • Osteoarthritis (knees, hips, shoulders)
  • Tendon injuries (tennis elbow, Achilles tendonitis)
  • Ligament strains or sprains
  • Joint instability or overuse injuries
  • Post-surgical healing support
  • Chronic muscle or joint pain

Because PRP comes from your own body, it’s a safe and biocompatible option with minimal risk of reaction.

What To Expect During Treatment?

  • PRP is an in-office treatment
  • A small amount of blood is drawn and processed to separate healing platelets
  • PRP is injected into the area of pain using image guidance
  • You may feel mild discomfort during and after the injection as healing begins
  • Post-treatment soreness is normal and usually subsides within a few days
  • Most patients return to daily activities quickly
  • Full healing benefits typically appear over several weeks
