Her goal in patient care is to find innovative solutions for pain, performance, and quality of life in athletes and the everyday person, emphasizing a whole-person approach to treatment and patient care. She is trained to listen and partner with her patients to help them get healthy and stay well.

Dr. Dunning focuses on treating pain and musculoskeletal conditions using physical and regenerative medicine techniques, products, and devices. She offers a range of regenerative injections from hyaluronic acid, perineural, prolotherapy, platelet-rich plasma, donor tissue, bone-marrow aspiration to fat transfer which can treat a wide range of conditions including autoimmune conditions, gout, degenerative conditions like osteoarthritis, back pain, tendinitis, tendon tears, strain/sprains, scars, sport-related injuries, neuropathy, and nerve compression. She utilizes many other treatment modalities to achieve patient goals including interventional techniques, corticosteroids, pharmaceuticals, botanical medicine, physiotherapies, manipulations, Kinesiotape, supplements, nutrition, and corrective exercise which are tailored to each patient’s preference and clinical presentation. Her philosophy is to work towards getting patients out of pain now while building them up for long-term results.

Dr. Dunning also is trained in medical aesthetics for the treatment of hair loss, wrinkles, and scars.
