Dr. Mareshah Dunning is a staff physician at the Neil Riordan Center for Regenerative Medicine, graduating at the top of her medical school class at Sonoran University of Health Sciences in the Regenerative Medicine Honor’s track. She also is the faculty lead of the Regenerative Medicine Honors Track and teaches Advanced Topics in Regenerative Medicine at Sonoran University of Health Sciences where she mentors students to distinguish themselves in regenerative medicine. Her goal in patient care is to find innovative solutions for pain, performance, and quality of life in athletes and the everyday person, emphasizing a wholeperson approach to treatment and patient care. She is trained to listen and partner with her patients to help them get healthy and stay well.
Dr. Dunning focuses on treating pain and musculoskeletal conditions using physical and regenerative medicine techniques, products, and devices. She offers a range of regenerative injections from hyaluronic acid, perineural, prolotherapy, platelet-rich plasma, donor tissue, bone-marrow aspiration to fat transfer which can treat a wide range of conditions including autoimmune conditions, gout, degenerative conditions like osteoarthritis, back pain, tendinitis, tendon tears, strain/sprains, scars, sport-related injuries, neuropathy, and nerve compression. A range of image guidance is also offered including palpation, fluoroscopy, and ultrasoundguided injections. She has gained advanced education in musculoskeletal diagnostic ultrasonography to distinguish herself from her peers. She utilizes many other treatment modalities to achieve patient goals including interventional techniques like radio frequency ablation and nerve blocks, corticosteroids, pharmaceuticals, botanical medicine, physiotherapies like PEMF, manipulations, Kinesiotape, supplements, nutrition, and corrective exercise which are tailored to each patient’s preference and clinical presentation. Her philosophy is to work towards getting patients out of pain now while building them up for longterm results.
Dr. Dunning also is trained in medical aesthetics for the treatment of hair loss, wrinkles, and scars. She uses regenerative solutions in conjunction with micro-needling for the best treatment results. Her approach to aesthetics is to rejuvenate what you already have to help you feel and look your best. In conjunction with offering medical aesthetic procedures, she offers a holistic approach to provide optimal results.
