My journey with Sonoran University Medical Center began as both a student and a patient. As a student at Sonoran, I’m deeply inspired by the philosophy of naturopathic medicine and the emphasis on treating the whole person, not just symptoms. Personally, I came to the clinic seeking help for persistent acne that I had been struggling with for a long time. It was frustrating and affected my confidence, and I had tried many approaches without lasting results.

One of the biggest challenges was learning to be patient with the healing process and understanding that true, sustainable change often requires addressing underlying factors rather than quick fixes. Through my experience at the clinic, I felt genuinely heard and supported. My care team took the time to understand my history, lifestyle, and overall health, which made a significant difference in both my treatment and my mindset.
