Dr. Alaa Gerais is a Neil Riordan Center for Regenerative Medicine resident. Her goal is to help get people out of pain and improve their quality of life as they become more functional and active. She utilizes a holistic approach to patient care. She is trained to listen, assess, and perform a proper physical exam to find the root cause of her patient’s pain. Through shared-decision making with her patients, she is able to come up with an individualized plan to help her patients recover from their pain and get back to living their lives. She graduated with a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Sonoran University of Health Sciences in Tempe, AZ.
Dr. Gerais is trained to treat pain with an array of options such as corrective exercise, nutraceuticals, physiotherapies, acupuncture, and injection therapies. She is constantly learning to develop the most state-of-the-art, forward, research-based approach to cater to her patients. Her goal is to empower her patients to create a strong foundation for a healthy lifestyle.
