Food sensitivity testing is a tool to help identify foods in your diet that may be contributing to your symptom picture. Some of the foods identified through this test may not be recognized through other forms of testing (food allergy testing, for example) as being problematic. Foods that do show up on the food sensitivity panel can lead to a variety of immediate or delayed symptoms including abdominal pain, bloating, joint pain, or brain fog, as examples. This test can be scheduled as part of your routine physical or wellness exam to help you develop a diet that better suits you.
