    • always stay informed about AQI. You can easily check it on Google or visit AirNow.gov.
  2. Follow These Recommendations When AQI is Above 100:
    • Reduce outdoor activities.
    • Wear an N95 Mask.
    • Improve indoor air quality with HEPA filter.
  3. Eliminate Additional Airborne Insults:
    • Avoid smoking, vaping, and using aerosol cleaning or hygiene products, as they can exacerbate lung damage.

Helpful Supplements for Coping with Poor Air Quality
